yea they are. They do a REALLY good job at it too. Better than my sennheiser cx300 sound-wise. CX300s are better for comfort.

Sorry, I mean they charged me $200 for the Nano (1st gen)
plus $50 in general sales tax…

When I got it refunded, I only got $180? WTF?

I have my own reasons not to get an iPod…
They still owe me some money taken as what they call “sales taxes” which I already got my money back…
But why extra taxes and restocking fees?
